By accessing or using Trackable Doors ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Trackable Doors is a short-term rental (STR) compliance software platform for Airbnb and VRBO hosts, provided by Trackable Doors LLC.

To use certain features you must register for an account, provide accurate information, maintain password security, and accept responsibility for all account activity.
All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Paid subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant Trackable Doors a license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKABLE DOORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
